Boxing & Fitness Sessions



Boxing is one of the best ways of working out, with all over body conditioning, building strength, endurance, balance, agility, and co-ordination and promoting wellbeing by building confidence and discipline. With all of these benefits and an exciting challenging workout, boxing is one of the most fun, enjoyable and beneficial ways of working out. And who better to teach you with maximum effectiveness and safety, than a former world champion Boxer?

All Sessions are Run by fully Qualified & Registered England Boxing Coaches, a Sport England Club Mark Accredited Club, recognising us as a safe, rewarding and fulfilling place for participants of all ages.  Helping parents and carers know that they are choosing the right Club for there young people.

BOXING SESSIONS TIMETABLE (commencing Jan 16th 2017) :-

MONDAY - 5PM BOXERS : DEVELOPMENT

MONDAY - 6PM BOXERS : OPEN CLASS

TUESDAY - 6PM KIDS BOXING & FITNESS (age 9+)

TUESDAY - 7PM ADULTS BOXING & FITNESS (age 14+)

WEDNESDAY - 5PM BOXERS : DEVELOPMENT

WEDNESDAY - 6PM BOXERS : OPEN CLASS

THURSDAY - 6PM KIDS BOXING & FITNESS (age 9+)

THURSDAY - 7PM ADULTS BOXING & FITNESS (age 14+)

FRIDAY - DEVELOPMENT GROUPS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

PRICES: £3 PER SESSION OR £5 WEEK (2 Sessions) / £10 WEEK (unlimited) 

Extra weekend sessions/runs/sparring days for Fight Squad by appointment

Session days/ times may occasionally change or be cancelled due to other boxing commitments or unforseen circumstances, to avoid disappointment please call or text 07912 899123 to confirm sessions & to book in (Maximum Capacity 20 heads)
